Return Policy

RETURNS:

In the unlikely event that you do not like your Bamboo Revolution product, you have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 10 days of receiving the item.

The product(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and still in the same new condition, as when the watch was received. Where relevant, all stickers attached.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Shipping expenses will be for the customers account.

Bamboo Revolution does not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost during the return shipping.

SALE ITEMS:
Refunds do not apply to "items on sale"

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 30 days. Shipping Costs NOT Included in the refund.

THE BAMBOO REVOLUTION WARRANTY - Watches (South Africa)

The following elements of your BAMBOO REVOLUTION® watch are warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty:

• Japanese Miyota Movement
• Leather strap

The following elements of your BAMBOO REVOLUTION® watch are warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty:

• watch casing (made from ecologically sustainable carbonate bamboo)

The BAMBOO REVOLUTION warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the BAMBOO REVOLUTION watch ("defects"). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official BAMBOO REVOLUTION dealer ("valid warranty certificate")

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. Logistics fees will be for the account of the customer. In the event that we are unable  to restore your watch to its normal condition, then BAMBOO REVOLUTION will guarantee its replacement of similar model. This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

• the life of the battery;
• normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, velcro; peeling of the plating);
• any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/ abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by BAMBOO REVOLUTION;
• indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the BAMBOO REVOLUTION watch;
• the BAMBOO REVOLUTION watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond BAMBOO REVOLUTION’s control. Any further claim against BAMBOO REVOLUTION for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
• Water and moisture damage

The above manufacturer’s warranty :

• is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller, for which he carries sole responsibility. 
• does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have.

THE BAMBOO REVOLUTION WARRANTY - Sunglasses (South Africa)

The following elements of your BAMBOO REVOLUTION® sunglasses are warranted for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty:

• lenses, due to manufacturer default
• frames, due to normal use

All transportation and logistics fee's associated with either the return, or reissuing of a replacement product or part thereof, will be for the customers account.
